Riverview?
The Waveyard vote has passed. What
does that mean for Riverview Golf Course?
Riverview Golf Course will remain open for
business as usual until further notice. Once
the agreement between Waveyard and the City of Mesa
is finalized, we will know more definitive
information. As of now, we are anticipating
needing to close our doors not later than July 2009,
although the actual date will not be determined for
some time. Until that happens, please visit
Riverview as you normally would! We will be
maintaining the same maintenance levels and striving
to provide the same great quality golfing experience
we always have!

Where else can I golf in Mesa?
Dobson Ranch Golf Course! The City's 18
hole municipal course, Dobson Ranch Golf Course, is
only four miles from Riverview Golf Course and
offers the same great service levels and amenities.
Dobson Ranch Golf Course is located at 2155 S.
Dobson Road, on Dobson Road, just south of Baseline.

What is Waveyard?
Waveyard will be an adventure “super” park
located at the southeast corner of the loops 101 &
202 interchange, where Riverview Golf Course and the
Riverview softball complex are currently located.
Waveyard will be home to a 400 room, 4 star resort
hotel, outdoor whitewater, scuba and surfing park,
resort villas, a conference center, a spa and
wellness center, an amphitheater, restaurants,
entertainment, retail, office space, and residential
opportunities.
